An issued visa does not automatically permit every journey or guarantee admission at the border. Check all printed or electronic details immediately.

We cannot influence approval, refusal reasons, interview selection, administrative processing, passport retention, appointment release, border admission or a government’s decision to change its rules.

How early should I apply?

Can SeeMyTrip guarantee my visa?
No. Only the relevant government authority can decide an application, and no agent can lawfully guarantee approval or a decision date.
Do I need confirmed flights and hotels?
Requirements vary. Follow the destination’s official checklist and avoid unnecessary non-refundable commitments before a decision.
Can you help after a previous refusal?
We can help review the published requirements and identify documentation gaps, but the refusal must be disclosed truthfully and approval cannot be promised.
Will I have to attend an appointment or interview?
It depends on the destination, category, age, biometrics history and authority’s instructions. Personal attendance may be mandatory.
What if the authority asks for more documents?
Send the request promptly so we can help organise a response before the stated deadline. The authority may still decide based on available information.
Does a valid visa guarantee entry?
No. Border authorities normally retain the final decision on admission, permitted stay and compliance with entry conditions.
