Supply partnership terms

Hotel and Supplier Terms

General standards for accommodation, transport, activity, wellness and specialist travel providers working with SeeMyTrip.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to a provider making travel products available through SeeMyTrip. A signed supplier agreement, connectivity schedule, rate sheet or purchase order may add or replace provisions for a particular relationship.

2. Eligibility and compliance

The Supplier must be duly authorised, maintain required registrations, tax records, licences, insurance and safety approvals, and provide verification documents on request. The Supplier is responsible for lawful operation and fulfilment in every market served.

3. Accurate content

Descriptions, classifications, locations, images, facilities, accessibility information, room or vehicle types, inclusions, exclusions and policies must be current and not misleading. Material changes, closures, construction or service limitations must be disclosed promptly.

4. Rates, inventory and taxes

The Supplier must honour confirmed rates and inventory, clearly identify taxes and mandatory charges, and avoid undisclosed collection from travellers. Rate parity or promotion obligations apply only where included in the signed commercial terms.

5. Reservations and fulfilment

The Supplier must recognise valid confirmations, deliver the booked service and provide a reliable reservation contact. Overbooking, relocation or failure to fulfil must be resolved promptly with an equal or better alternative and cost allocation according to the signed agreement and applicable law.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and no-show rules must be provided before sale and applied consistently. The Supplier must communicate disruptions promptly, process eligible refunds and provide supporting calculations. Rules cannot be changed retroactively for a confirmed booking except where law requires.

7. Service, safety and complaints

The Supplier is responsible for service quality, safety, hygiene, staff conduct and complaint handling. Serious incidents, regulatory action and material customer grievances must be reported to SeeMyTrip promptly. SeeMyTrip may assist the traveller without assuming the Supplier’s underlying fulfilment responsibility.

8. Commercial settlement

Commission, net rates, invoicing, payment cycles, withholding tax, deductions, reconciliation and currency are governed by the signed commercial schedule. Each party must maintain accurate records and raise disputes within the agreed period.

9. Content licence and branding

The Supplier confirms it owns or may license submitted names, descriptions and media. It grants SeeMyTrip a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content for marketing and selling the product. Neither party may misuse the other’s trademarks.

10. Data protection

Traveller data may be used only to fulfil bookings, provide support, meet law and handle authorised communications. The Supplier must apply reasonable security, restrict access, notify SeeMyTrip of relevant breaches promptly and follow applicable privacy law.

11. Responsible conduct

The Supplier must not discriminate unlawfully, engage in bribery, trafficking, exploitation, misleading environmental claims or unfair trade practices. SeeMyTrip may request evidence for sustainability or accessibility claims displayed to travellers.

12. Audit, suspension and removal

SeeMyTrip may request records relevant to compliance and temporarily pause listings for safety, fraud, complaint, content or fulfilment concerns. Material or repeated breach may result in removal, subject to contractual notice and cure rights where applicable.

13. Liability and priority

Each party is responsible for its acts, personnel and legal duties. Indemnities, limitations, term, termination, dispute resolution and governing law must be finalised in the signed supplier agreement. That signed agreement prevails over this informational page.
