B2B Agent Agreement

General operating and commercial conditions for approved travel agents using SeeMyTrip B2B services.

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

This agreement applies to a travel agency, independent agent or other approved business (“Agent”) using SeeMyTrip’s B2B platform. Account activation, login or booking constitutes acceptance together with any signed application, commercial schedule, credit terms and product rules.

2. Approval and verification

Access is subject to identity and business verification. The Agent must provide accurate PAN, GST, address, licence, bank, ownership and authorised-user information where requested, and promptly notify SeeMyTrip of changes. Approval may be declined or withdrawn according to risk and onboarding criteria.

3. Account control

The Agent is responsible for authorised users, passwords, account activity and role permissions. Credentials must not be sold, shared outside the approved business or used to create unauthorised sub-agents. Suspicious access must be reported immediately.

4. Booking responsibilities

  • Obtain customer authority and accurate traveller information.
  • Explain fares, supplier rules, documentation, inclusions and exclusions before sale.
  • Issue invoices and disclosures required by applicable law.
  • Do not promise confirmation until a ticket, voucher or supplier record is issued.
  • Support the customer and escalate booking issues promptly.

5. Pricing, mark-ups and service fees

The Agent may apply permitted mark-ups or service fees within platform, supplier and legal limits. The Agent must not misrepresent taxes, supplier charges, SeeMyTrip fees or savings. Customer-facing pricing and invoices must be transparent.

6. Commissions and incentives

Commission, margin and incentive eligibility varies by product, supplier, fare, campaign and commercial schedule. Amounts may be withheld, adjusted or reversed for cancellation, refund, chargeback, debit memo, duplicate booking, fraud, unmet campaign conditions or supplier recovery. No fixed or guaranteed earning is promised unless stated in a signed schedule.

7. Wallet, deposits and credit

Bookings may require cleared wallet funds or an approved credit facility. The Agent must maintain sufficient balance, reconcile transactions and pay amounts when due. Deposits do not earn interest unless expressly agreed. SeeMyTrip may adjust undisputed amounts, refunds, reversals and authorised charges against the business account.

8. Cancellations, refunds and debit memos

Supplier rules and SeeMyTrip’s cancellation policy apply. The Agent must not refund a customer before eligibility is confirmed unless it accepts the financial risk. Supplier debit memos, penalties or losses caused by Agent error, misuse or unauthorised action may be charged to the Agent, subject to supporting records and dispute rights.

9. Customer data

The Agent must collect and use customer data lawfully, share only what is required for travel, maintain security and respect privacy requests. It must not use SeeMyTrip or supplier data for unrelated marketing or disclose traveller information without authority.

10. Prohibited conduct

Prohibited conduct includes fraudulent or speculative bookings, hidden fees, card misuse, credential sharing, fare manipulation, fake identities, duplicate reservations, unauthorised scraping, misleading advertising and misuse of SeeMyTrip or supplier trademarks.

11. Suspension and termination

SeeMyTrip may restrict or suspend access for security, non-payment, suspected fraud, excessive chargebacks, legal risk or material breach. Where appropriate, the Agent will be notified and allowed to clarify. Outstanding payments, refunds, confidentiality and data duties survive termination.

12. Relationship and liability

The Agent is an independent business, not an employee or legal representative authorised to bind SeeMyTrip. Each party remains responsible for its own acts. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded; other liability is governed by the signed agreement and applicable law.

13. Priority of documents

A signed agent agreement, commercial schedule or credit document prevails over this general page where inconsistent. SeeMyTrip must insert its verified legal entity name and authorised signatory details in the executable version used for onboarding.
